The University has taken serious efforts and measures to ensure that the teaching and learning activities are safely carried out amidst the prevailing concern of parents and students regarding the current health issue, and hence with an understanding of the concern, the Office of Academic Affairs would grant permission to students submitting their request with information of the subjects and sections to the Office prior to their absences not to attend the specified classes between Tuesday, January 28th, 2020 and Friday, February 14th, 2020, and forward the request to the respective lecturers. The absences of students whose names are in the record of the Office of Academic Affairs would not be counted towards the mandatory class attendance requirements.
Additionally, they would also be allowed to submit assignments, homework, and retake quizzes they might have missed during the period of their absences.
