Abstract:

This project presents a robot arm model controlled to simulate a robot arm as a materials detection by separating metal and plastic in separate boxes. Therefore, the circuit is designed to be used to control the robot arm using Arduino as a controller to operate the servo motors to control the robot arm and design a robot arm control program with the Aduino IDE program. In principle, the user can use the Arduino IDE program to set the target position (X, Y, Z) to adjust the sensors to detect the metal or plastic that will operate the servomotors to appropriate motion angle values of all 5 servo motors. Then, the sensors will send the data to the Arduino board and drive the servo motors mounted in each axis of the robot arm to a target location and pick up the material into a box that can identify the material. All of the above referenced from the knowledge of MachineLearning and Patterns Recognizing.
